location, communications overall everything made ease 5 minutes from everything was defo the best AND the aircon and the roof terrace good supplies of bathroom stuff , (loved the inclusion of the ear plugs in the little box by the door but just not needed

I think it would be a great addition to have a drinks fridge in the roof terrace. Particularly for us older guests it was a long 2 flights to top up drinks other option would be an ice box with ice in the freezer. No dishwasher in the kitchen but was not an issue for us. as we did not do much cooking at all. great to have the water in the fridge and tea and coffee but was a tad of a same did not have even basic salt, pepper etc we left some basics for the next visitor

The door code was really simple, easy to use and no worries about losing the key. It is a beautiful home, quite spacious, had two toilets (upstairs and downstairs); kitchen fully equipped (had both coffee machine AND a kettle which I was so grateful for). Everything (and more) we needed was provided. The shower was fabulous. We only stayed for 3 nights but it would be a perfect place to stay for a week or two. Wonderfully located, close to everything. Supermarket around the corner; 2 lovely restaurants practically across the road (we ate in both). We loved sitting on the upstairs, outside terrace in the morning having our coffee and tea. Casa do Sol is a perfect home away from home.
