Everything was perfect! Came into town for my son's wedding, and our family and friends stayed together here. Had a great time!! Will definitely come back!!

This is a great place for a group -- so close to the beach and lots of space to stretch out.

The house itself was great for location and a larger party! Communication was not ideal though at all.. check in and check out process was tough because we got our information very last minute, and it took numerous times to get through to the host through the vrbo messaging system. Other than that, our stay was great.

The positive: ample rooms and bedrooms, and the home was spotless for those, like me, who appreciate a spotless rental. The driveway was large enough for three, maybe four vehicles. No street parking needed. The bedrooms had good closet space with some wire clothes hangers, and there were enough bathrooms to accommodate us. The location was excellent for the wedding we were attending in Long Branch. Unfortunately, we didn't have an opportunity to use the beach because of inclement weather. The two children in our group went to the nearby arcade with their parents for entertainment. There was plenty of space to dine, six seats in the kitchen and eight in the dining room. Window air conditioners are installed in all the bedrooms, a big plus on hot and humid days. We were two families and an au pair. The negative: Three random sofas in the living room screamed frat house. No end tables or cocktail tables to place a drink or snack. The bedroom furnishings (pillows and bedspreads) needed serious updating. There wasn't a complimentary bar of soap in any of the showers, only hand soap dispensers near the sinks. Some of the torn window shades needed replacing. The home did not include a few beach passes, as some other beach rentals we've rented in the past have. This is probably a fair place for a large group who aren't as fussy as I am. And, some of the online photos need to be updated to view the actual rooms.
