Beautiful house. Clean and well equipped

We had a beautiful time at this property. Everything was wonderful, including excellent communication from the property management.

All three generations in our group had a wonderful experience at this property. The main house and casita were both very clean and well-stocked and set up very nicely for the 10 of us. And the grandkids really enjoyed and made great use of the pool, pickelball court, and game room!

We booked this to accommodate for our family-my aging mom, my sister & her adult son, myself, my son, and my daughter & her husband. The 2 spaces were good to spread out. There were no dressers in the bedrooms. Unfortunately the pickle/basketball court was littered with bird droppings and sticker thorns and other debris & was disappointingly unusable. The game room was a nice option the first few nights. The fire pit was enjoyable in the evenings after we cleaned off the Adirondack chairs of bird droppings. We didn't utilize the outdoor table with 8 chairs but it is a good option. I'd bring a cover for the table as it is older and faded. We spent a good amount of time in the pool but it too is older and needs the bottom refinished. My daughter swept off the pool deck the first day we were there & I consistently used the pool net to skim for bugs/debris each day. There are a few chairs to use by the gated pool. The umbrella is weathered. My mom and sister needed the shade so it was helpful. My biggest concern is the rental company who manages the property could communicate better. They are holding on to our security deposit & I am awaiting answers. There were spiders (dead and alive) around the 2 homes. There was dust on some of the window sills & the windows need cleaned. You do have to take the trash bins out & bring them back. Overall it was a sufficient space for our needs. The bunnies were cute. Would choose differently next time for the price.
