I rented this home to celebrate my son’s 21st birthday with family and friends. Our stay was literally amazing and just perfect. The host was rapid with her communication, honestly the quickest than any other VRBO I’ve rented.
The home is even better than the pictures. It was spotless, smelled great walking in, everything you need is at your fingertips. Everyone loved their beds, super comfy! Plenty of towels and even tons of beach towels are provided. Games were available inside and of course the outdoor game area. We loved the separate apartment so my son’s friends had their privacy if they wanted it. We had a blast there and all impressed with the details to everything.
It’s a couple minute walk to the beach which we enjoyed. It’s literally PRIME location for everything!!! Restaurants, the town, Publix, etc just minutes away. We did a private charter with “For What it’s Worth” charters for offshore fishing and the marina was literally 3 min away from the house.
I highly recommend this home for family vacations. The host was spectacular answering everything, super easy check in and check out process.
100 percent will be renting in the future again.

The beach house was clean and roomy. The kitchen was well equipped. The best part was the location. The beach was across AIA, just a short walk, and the historic district just a quick 10 minute drive.

This home was very clean and the furniture was comfortable - including the bedding. We enjoyed the convenience of being able to get to downtown St. Augustine quickly, but also not being in all of the traffic. The beach is an easy walk. The owner/manager was very responsive and easy to reach. The kitchen had all the essentials to cook what we needed. I would recommend this home.

We really liked the house. Everything is very clean. There is everything you need. Lots of games for children. The ocean is very close. The house looks better than in the photo. The manager is wonderful. She answered all questions very quickly, even at night. Many thanks to her, she is amazing.

Love this property and it’s owner! Great communication with quick response. The house has everything you could want or need and in walking distance to the beach. House is very nice, super clean, and has so many extras! We will definitely be back for a longer stay! Very good restaurants located close too!

Beautiful home, great location and close to the beach. Well stocked . Very clean and well maintained. The teens enjoyed the games. Great place to enjoy St Augustine.

My large family and I stayed in this rental property only for a weekend, but we’re happy with our stay. The house is decorated nicely and clean. The kitchen was equipped with anything you could need. Beds and pillows were comfy. Downstairs was a lot of fun for the kids. The backyard has an awesome tree that the kids loved. They also loved playing ping pong. The house has a few board games available too. The beach was less than 2 blocks away and the house is well stocked with many beach chairs and some beach toys. There were plenty of beach towels and a wagon to pull the beach items. The house is a quick drive to downtown and very close to a Publix.
