The apartment was so beautifully decorated and had all the amenities you could need. They really do provide 24/7 customer service and they respond to all messages within 5 minutes no matter the time of day or night. I was blown away by the amazing customer service but the apartment itself was even more impressive! I’m staying at a different property of sojourn that is about 5 mins from this location and I highly recommend staying with at any of their properties.

The inside was very clean and it appeared exactly as shown online in the pictures. The only issue is when I opened the sofa bed and removed the back pillows there were pet hairs everywhere. They attached to our clothes and I didn’t like that much. However, everything else was super clean and neat. They provided the perfect amount of cooking tools including nice pots and pans, glass cups, glass plates, bowls and silverware. It didn’t include a stove or oven, but a small countertop mobile stove was provided which I found to be extremely useful and creative. They responded to every request fairly quick but never provided a check in email or details until I specifically asked for it about an hour after check in time had passed. I had to ask for the code, then for the location of the trash. Everything else I had to guess on what to do and where things were located because they failed to communicate those things with me. Other than those few things, the stay wasn’t bad and the home was exactly as it appeared online, with the exception of the exterior.
