The property is well maintained, clean, and bright. The air conditioning was fantastic! The property is located right before the bridge to Okaloosa Island and Destin. It was an easy drive to the beaches and stores. The internet was excellent. The property has a lovely sitting area and a very large table perfect for families. Some of the furniture is a little dated, but it is in beautiful shape, and the master bed was comfortable. The carport is super appreciated in the hot weather. I also liked that the laundry room entrance is a great drop spot for beach gear and bags. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes and essentials and the property managers even had some coffee on hand. That was so appreciated! The grocery store is minutes from the house. There were not any beach towels - so be sure to bring those with you. We would rent this location again!

The property update was all quality. Upscale linens, products etc. Extremely comfortable. Even our dog felt at home. A lovely place to stay during a trying time. We were minutes from our relative and will stay again.

Wonderful quite neighborhood, close and convenient to everything we needed and/or were doing, well supplied with everything needed and just like being at home. Living like locals! Great stay!

This renovated home was perfect for our stay. It was very clean and comfortable. Beds were great and the shower was wonderful. Everything we needed was there at the beginning of our trip. We had a great stay in this house. Close to beaches and restaurants. Kitchen was great also. And I can’t say enough good things about Ken, our host. He made sure everything was to our satisfaction, even calling to make sure. We would definitely stay there again or at any of Ken’s properties.

Very clean and well stock property. Decorated very cute. Close to the beach. Easily to connect with renting agent if you have a question. Very well pleased with our stay.

Awesome property, very clean, everything new and updated. Property location was also great, a few minutes drive to anything that you would need or want, including the beach. We will definitely stay here again.
