As usual Rod and Anastasia were excellent hosts. We love staying at this property on our annual trip to see the MotoGP. The property is always well presented and they are super accommodating and responsive to our needs and asks. The recommendations on food options in the area was a really nice touch to our trip. We will be back year after year.

We recently booked this property as we went to watch the MotoGP race at Circuit if the Americas (COTA). The entire stay was nothing but flawless. Rod and Anastasia were fantastic hosts. They even sent us restaurant recommendations that are close to the property that they like, which I thought was a great touch. The property is super well equipped with everything that one needs for a VRBO stay. Everything in the kitchen was new and in great shape, and this rang true for the rest of the amenities in the house. Lots of games to play, from board games to outdoor games. We had a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this property.
For anyone looking for super convenient access to COTA, this property is a must!!
