The room layout was great, we had 3 families. 12 people total.
It felt cozy and clean like home. We would go back.

The property was perfect for our family vacation, there was plenty of room for everyone. There were a few fixtures broken or about to break in the property but no inconvenience at all..

Check in was at 3pm but cleaning crew was not done until 4pm. No welcoming package. Should have had paper towels & toilet paper. Received none of that. Under the beds were not cleaned. The main floor refrigerator ice machine was not working so we had to get our drinking ice from the downstairs refrigerator. Other than those few issues it was a very nice place. Plenty of room for our big family. The property manager was great to work with. She aways got right back to me.

The home is spacious with the two living areas and nicely updated with all new furnishings. The game room is a nice feature for family time together.
The location of the home is in a very nice neighborhood with easy access and is peaceful and quiet.

We stayed at this property recently with a total of 14 family members for a week. It was practically perfect in every way. The house is comfortably accommodated with two living areas, so we had plenty of room for everyone in the evenings to watch movies or play games. The teens enjoyed the game room in the basement. The beds were very comfortable, and had no problem sleeping. The kitchens had everything we needed to cook with.
The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. We rented a golf cart at the leasing office and used it to access the pool and beach, which worked out great. The location was perfect as we were able to quickly get to grocery stores, restaurants, and activities, yet the gated neighborhood felt safe and secluded. We had no issues communicating with the owner and got answers to questions quickly. Checking in was a breeze with a door code.
I think the only trouble spot was the indoor pool was closed during our stay as the restroom was being renovated. Other than that, all neighborhood amenities were present as disclosed on the listing.
Overall, it was one of the best vacation rentals we have stayed in and we'd love to return.

Community, etc.) the host is wonderful and quickly responded to my messages no matter the time. We just left yesterday and we are already trying to book this property again

From the communication in the very beginning, through checkout, this property was a wonderful experience! The property is in great condition, with wonderful amenities, the neighborhood is quite and all the neighbors were friendly and welcoming. The kids loved the easy walk to the pool and neighborhood amenities, and a quick golf cart ride to the beach! From start to finish, a wonderful experience! This property is top of the list when we come back!

The home was beautiful and clean had everything available that we needed. Loved the three floors and the game room. We also enjoyed going to the pool and the playground. The people there were very friendly . I plan on staying again.

Place was wonderful everyone enjoy the house and it is well equipped with many different areas for all to relax. Bedrooms and bathrooms worked well. Only complaint was that a hot tub was a must have for me, and i chose it partly for that reason, but it was closed for our visit. Not sure if there is a rule against grills but that was the only other thing we were missing as we had the cooks and the steaks.
Would only revisit if the hot tub were open as that’s a key requirement for our group

To start, the house was extremely clean. Beds and even couches were all very comfortable. Great area and close to just about everything. Only trouble we ram into was the gps taking us to the incorrect entrance. Other than that, it was a 10/10 experience.
