The apartment is in a nice neighbourhood with bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants and cafes very close to it.
The room looks nice and is big enough for two people with enough storage space. It is not close to the centre, but it is well connected with a lot of bus lines.
It is actually an apartment with three rooms, each one with en-suite bathroom and a shared kitchen. The rooms overlook a busy street which makes it hard to sleep at night alongside with noisy neighbours coming back late at night making a lot of noise in the apartment.
The kitchen needs a thorough cleaning. No coffee or tea in it.
