Foarte curat, apartamentul este utilat cu tot ce ai nevoie!

The aspects that I appreciate about our check-in experience here are, firstly, they are the most affordable option offering such a delightful staycation on Yas Island. Upon our arrival, the place is exceptionally clean, spacious, and exudes a refreshing ambiance. The room is generously equipped with all the household essentials one might need for a comfortable stay, suitable for both friends and family. We all had a relaxing time, and the owner/manager was exceptionally friendly, providing assistance with everything we needed.

We didn’t like anything about this property. We rented the place just for one night and it was the worst night ever. First, the owner change the apartment that we booked with a different one. We arrived around noon and sit to have lunch. Some builders came and ask if they can come inside to fix something I refuse to let them in. TV didn’t work. There was some use toothbrush and toothpaste in the bathroom. We went to the city and when we came back around midnight, we found out that there is no sheets for the kids. Are sheets wasn’t change. They were so dirty and smelly that we slept with the clothes. I called the owner and he managed somehow to send sheets for the kids with someone. But he didn’t send for us. I ask him how can you rent a place like that and he told me please I will refund your money. He probably say that so I don’t get in touch with booking and let them know what is going on. And on top of everything, there was no hot water. Anyway, he didn’t refund me any money. I advise you don’t make our mistake, this place has to be removed from booking.

The apartment was spacious. The complex had everything we needed; grocery store, a pharmacy, resturants, and everything else was 5-15 minutes by Uber. The apartment had all amenities needed. Ahmad was a super host. He went above and beyond to make our trip worth it! In the 1st day he came at night to offer a fresh Omani sweet. 2nd day he shared a discount coupon for the Warner Bros. In fact, after we left and got to the airport, I realized we forgot our passports in the apartment 🙃 I called Ahmad and he immediately picked them and delivered them to the airport himself - for free! No money, no nothing was asked. A true gentleman.

It was an amazing stay

Great location, comfy beds, my daughter loved the swing chair. Had everything we needed. Nice and spacious. Quiet area, nice pool. The owner got back to me about any of my questions immediately and was very helpful.

The toilet seats were a little wobbly but the owner said he would get fixed straight away.

My stay at the apartment was very confirmable! The apartment itself was immaculately clean.4 to 5 people can easily stay in apartment. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the Mr Ahmed . He were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. Their warm hospitality truly made me feel at home. I cannot recommend this apartment enough. If you're looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay, this is the place to be. My experience was nothing short of perfect. The apartment offered comfortable parking space, ensuring convenience and peace of mind while traveling.
