Aparthotel Adagio Glasgow Central

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Plenty of space and was great having a refrigerator and microwave. Location was great and staff was excellent. Highly recommend.

La camera era molto carina con tutto il necessario per cucinare e riposare. Molto pulita. Bene la presenza di palestra e lavanderia (che però si paga 3£ in monete ). In centro.

Alla reception un po’ di cortesia in più non guasterebbe. Di sera c’è gente strana in questa zona, attenzione

The mattresses were firm and incredibly comfortable. Also, I liked the layout of the studios: very practical and there were enough pots and pans and cutlery to cook. The windows are well insulated to keep the noise out. Staff was friendly and helpful. I also liked the water dispenser in the lobby.

The knifes weren’t very sharp.

A modern hotel just south of St Enoch Square, so easy to get to Central and Queen St stations and convenient for Argyle St shopping. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean. The breakfast was great.

I could not believe the bedroom window was sealed shut - in Glasgow, the city where there's a breeze 365 days a year. Not only that but the thermostat takes a degree in electronics to work out, and once you do, the airflow from the vent is minimal, even at the top fan setting. Result: a stuffy room with dead air and a stale odour. Requests on two days to change rooms were quickly turned down with claims that the hotel was completely full. I went to a local store and bought a cheap desktop fan which I ran through the night, the only way I could sleep. Apart from being uncomfortable, forcing the use of unnecessary air conditioning is bad for the environment.
