Comfortable bed, great shower and hot tub outside; great decoration.

It is 45min from the Nakuru park gate and the road to get to the house is quite bumpy/not easy; if you’re planning to go more than one day to the park it can be tough. Otherwise if you’re planning to mostly chill at the house, it’s ok. Be aware the house is not ready for cold weather, it can be quite humid as it’s close to a lake area.

It was a home away from literally. Winnie who gave us the tour was amazing. All facilities were a 10/10. The Jacuzzi was the cherry on the cake for us. My partner and I enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back and very highly recommend.

The staff at the Ziwa Bush restaurant were not very friendly, had a bit of an attitude but hats off to the chef for the delicious food.

The morning views were spectacular, the double showers were to die for and the privacy was perfect. I would have given the property a 10 were it not for the staff.

The road to the lodge is extremely dusty. The dust coats the road in layers leading to zero visibility in case you meet any oncoming cars. There was also this caretaker at the property called Sam who took care of us during our stay. He asked us to clean up after ourselves during checkout and said that was the property's requirement. It took us aback coz we have never been in a situation like that before on a booked trip. It left a rather unpleasant taste in our mouths

The location was superb! It was peaceful and relaxing and quiet. The bed was divine. Decor and amenities on point. Jacuzzi was a highlight.

The explanation for the jacuzzi wasn’t complete. So the first night when we went to use it we had to abandon the plan! The second time we had to get the caretaker to come and adjust the settings on the water heater. So perhaps a better explanation from the staff upon arrival would have been helpful. The other mishap was that the Eskari walked right into our compound through the side opening. Kinda did a peek a boo through the kitchen window and waved! It was going on 8pm and thinking we were alone and about to use the jacuzzi - well you get the picture! A few moments more and it could have been quite embarrassing. Apparently he was not aware that there were guests and it was sorted but a rather disturbing event!! And then I wasn’t sure who to call…maybe a list of numbers on the the fridge would be helpful.
