Good location, quite area, close to a surf club.

Great spot with the beach just across the road. Short walk to a few different cafes. The Kirra lifesaving club was close & do great food. The décor inside was very nice as was the different size pillows. The nightlight in the toilet was great too so you don't get blinded by the normal light for those trips in the night.

A few light blankets would be good as the quilt in the main bedroom was way to hot for me & the top sheet was too cold, I was grateful for the lighter quilt we found in the cupboard. Something are not in the control of the owner / host but the people on the floor above were noisy, stomping around which came through quite noticeably.
