Excellent location, walking distance to everything we wanted to see and visit. The host was easy to get in touch with, and very friendly, helpful and polite.
Although very central which we loved, there was a lot of noise from the city centre, especially at night, but that is to be expected due to the (perfect) location.

Spacious, had everything we needed for a night away
A bit of a faff to get in - location of keysafe not ideal

Lovely little flat with great views of Manchester. Comfortable beds and sofa. The owner was very responsive, with clear check in and check out instructions.

The location was excellent. Large lounge, beds were comfortable. The host made themselves available to answer our queries. Deposit paid back immediately. premises very safe as you needed different codes for different doors and received messages with directions on these codes.
The comunal areas were not welcoming and carpets in the corridors were dirty. There was confusion about the name as the name on the building was City Heights not City View as advertised. The process of having to pay a £100 deposit before the key was handed over was also not something we’ve ever experienced and having to walk accros the road to somewhere else to get the key was somewhat unusual. Opposite to the positice comment above all the faff around getting into the property is not a very relaxing start to your stay and perhaps shoukd be reviewed.
