We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend this property. The location was perfect as a home base for exploring the area, allowing us to take several amazing day trips and adventures. During our 4-night stay, we visited Lauterbrunnen, Trümmelbach Falls, Grindelwald First, Harder Kulm, Giessbach Falls, and enjoyed boat rides on both Lakes Brienz and Thun.The home's layout worked exceptionally well for our multi-generational family, comfortably accommodating both elderly family members and teenagers. The kitchen was very well stocked, making it easy to prepare meals each evening after a full day of sightseeing. We also appreciated the convenient grocery store nearby, the easy-to-use laundry facilities, and the abundance of games and videos available for relaxing on a rainy day.The hot water and water pressure were excellent, and every detail seemed thoughtfully considered to make guests feel at home. Check-in and check-out were both quick, friendly, and hassle-free.Most importantly, Andrew was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. He was responsive, welcoming, and clearly cares about providing a great guest experience. We would gladly stay here again.

This is a charming and well equipped chalet with great views. We enjoyed the ample outdoor seating space and the kitchen had everything we needed for family meals throughout our stay. The town is walkable with plenty to see and do. We enjoyed meals lakeside, ferry access, and the lakeside trail. The bedrooms all had their own bathroom which was convenient for a large multi-generational family vacation. The area public transportation can get you just about anywhere but if you have a car, the parking is convenient and private. This was a great vacation rental!

Iseltwald is the perfect location for touring the Alps, hiking, water trips, and actually anything in Switzerland because the Swiss train system is extraordinary! We loved our stay. The home is very accommodating. Some of the information in VRBO needs to be updated (Wi-Fi, Cash required at check-in, No ATM in Iseltwald) but I know that will be fixed by the owner. Otherwise, this was a perfect stay and I would HIGHLY recommend this property.
