My husband and I spent a wonderful month at this beautiful property and loved every minute of it! The view from both the master bedroom and the kitchen/living room is gorgeous! The view looked exactly as on the website, which is the reason why I chose it. The dock was so lovely to sit on and view all the wildlife, boats, canal water and palm trees. We especially enjoyed the "green light" which came on at night and we could see many different kinds of fish swimming. We loved opening the three glass doors to the pool area so we could enjoy the tropical view, beautiful pool and bonus outdoor bar/living area. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and there were ample towels and bedding. The property management company was responsive to all my questions prior to and during the rental. We had friends coming to visit, so I emailed them to ask for a few extra lounge chairs. They were there the next day with brand new chairs and even set them up for us! We were sad to leave and hope to go there again next year!

Nice place overall. Good location. Furniture could use some updating in living room. Enjoyed the kayaking and the pool. Hot tub is functional but dated w an old cover. Kitchen is well appointed. Nice they have a grill. AC unit was replaced while we were on our stay. Nice to have a washer and dryer. Overall, I would rate it 4. We did have to buy laundry soap, extra toilet paper / paper towels, coffee etc.. many of the Vrbos we stay in provide those things. Management was responsive overall.

We arrived early and they accommodated early arrival. We realized the refrigerator was broken maintenance man was there within the hr. Very clean. NOTE THE Noseeum’s were awful but they left bug spray. I would recommend this place
