Some suggestions that would have made our stay better.Be up front about the number of bathrooms vs the number the house sleeps. 4 bathrooms for 24 people is insufficient and the locations make them problematic.Kitchen was well stocked with plates and pans, but lacks some basics for a large group like, salad bowls were small, no salad serving utensils. Grater was insufficient. Coffeemaker is really slow. We struggled with it and we were 7 people. If you want guests to use Keurig you should suggest that up front. Then guests could buy their own. The bbq was a good size, but dirty when we arrived. The home was clean but some remnants from the prior guests were still around for us to deal with. The location was great 15 minutes or less to all of our courses.

Excellent house and location, highly recommend. Had small hiccup at checkin but host was very responsive and made it right immediately.

Issue with the hot water for showers.first day was good after that water was luke warm other than 2 showers.

Overall, the house was really nice, and the managing company was amazing at responding to what we needed. A few cons I would say is when we first arrived, there was a spider in one of the rooms, we found a couple of dead bugs throughout the house, and there were also ants coming in from the kitchen window. The management company did offer to come out but we were in the middle of conducting business and could not be interrupted. The cleaning ladies came at some point during us trying to handle business matters to shampoo a stain and the gardening company was also scheduled to come during the same time. Also be mindful, one of the rooms has a glass door with no shades and some of them do not lock. This wouldn't matter if it's a family event but would not recommend for a work event.
