We picked this place because of the view it has, and the fact that it was away from town and noise. The view is stunning and tranquil and serene. Every morning the owner spreads bird feed on his balcony and we could stare at the birds and squirrels feeding on them for as long as it lasts. The suite is also spacious. The kitchen has a minimalist design and is very clean looking. The pictures of the First Nation chiefs adds mystery to the atmosphere. It would be nice to have descriptions of who they are, where they are from etc.Now for the negatives. The kitchen cupboards are not easy to open. The push to open mechanism are mostly broken and in need of repair. We have to open one drawer so we could reach the bottom of the one above to open it. Some of the dishes have dusts on them. We found clumps of pet hair everywhere on the couch, blankets and corners of the room. This is a pet friendly place so some pet hair is to be expected, but it was clear to us there wasn't enough cleaning done to this place. We booked the room for 3 days but there was only one small bottle of shampoo. As soon as we contacted the owner, they did respond quickly and brought more supply for us.

Nice unit. Beautiful views and quiet location. Had some problems with the TV and electric fireplace. Used the EV charger for our car, but the fee rate wasn’t posted and the resulting charge was excessive for the usage.

Great communication from the host. Beautiful, clean, and modern, with stunning and relaxing views. Small tip to others, we were in the downstairs suite and you can hear talking an moving around from upstairs. Good to bring earplugs or white noise for sleep.

We loved the place, tastefully decorated and complete with kitchen amenities. The bed was unfortunately very uncomfortable. The mattress was extremely hard for us, and being older people it was uncomfortable on our hips, shoulders, etc. We would absolutely go back and rent this home, if, they had a softer bed.
