Identification of apartment and access codes was done via messages on the afternoon of arrival, and after paying a damage deposit online. The mobile internet speed around the ferry terminal was slow and the links would not work. We had to find a cafe with wifi. Even then, the messages came slowly and were broken into parts, so it was a bit stressful. I would prefer to be able to do all this before leaving home.

Clean, well equipped and in good order. Good value for money.
WiFi didn’t work. I contacted the host about it but got no reply.
Not enough toilet paper. Only 1 dishwasher tablet.
The oven controls were very confusing and some guidance would have been very useful.
