The location and rural area. Self contained. Well equipped bungalow and safe enclosed garden for the dog. Hot tub was welcomed. Close proximity to attractions and walks. Would recommend and would rebook.
Nothing.

The property is lovely and spacious! Plenty of facility's I was very happy to have a coffee machine and we made use of the bbq and gorgeous garden during our stay! And of course the hot tub which was enjoyed by all the family!
I stayed in the twin single room and found the bed quite hard but that is my preference for beds my mother was staying in the double where she was finding the bed too soft so we would have been better off swapped but as I had my child in the other single it wasn't feasible!

Fantastic property, very rural location so we had a lovely peaceful stay.
The lodge was really lovely and we particularly enjoyed the games room and the hot tub!
nothing!

The keys were in a key safe on the wall outside and we were given a code which was great. We had trouble with shutting and locking the main front door and opening the door onto the patio.
There could have been some more crockery and cutlery as once you'd loaded the dishwasher, there was none left for the next meal unless you washed it up.
Also the grass had been cut but not picked up which meant it was trapsed inside and outside the lodge the whole time and impossible to avoid so it would have been better for this to have been picked / raked up before our stay.
Also we felt the lady owner was not very friendly.
