Very impressive cabin with sophisticated touches. View can’t be beat- we changed some plans so we could enjoy more time there. Host was amazing, they lit a fire for us before we arrived and checked in to make sure we had what we needed.
We loved the quiet location but had a rental car. The location may not be for everyone, the supermarkets and restaurants were about a 10 min drive. Google does not have a record of the road that leads to the cabin yet so we missed it the first time.

Impeccably clean with such a thoughtful layout. Views are amazing and a fantastic bath tub. Couldn’t ask for anything more. A great place to switch off and relax with such wonderful hosts

The cabin at Whakaipo, exceeded expectations, my partner and I could not have been happier upon our arrival. From the amazing views of the hills to the extremely well kept cabin, we could not fault it one bit. Every amenity is provided. The massive bathroom and the fire place stood out, our only regret was not booking longer. And we will be back for sure.
