The location. Near the main station and u can have the whole apartment. The lady is friendly but can not speak many English, but it's ok. She waits for us at 22:00 thanks.
Noise, there is somebody living near the apartment. He opened the TV so loudly until midnight. I even don't know where he lives because from outside u can not see any neighbours. But the sound is there, we live 3nights it appears 2 nights.

the flat is yours fully, enough space for everything
you can hear the neighbours like they were in the flat itself, which is ok during the day but when they run the washing machine at midday and trying to shout louser than the machine that's not pleasant. the neighbourhood also really sketchy would not recommend unless you can defend yourself
