The location suited us very well

Nothing. Good value for money

it had everything that I needed dishwasher, oven refrigerator, etc. It was a great location near where my son was staying for a football camp.

there was no washer or dryer nearby. The closest laundromat was not within walking distance.

Alles was er, inclusief wasmachine.

This was a reasonable and spacious flat. It was functional. Lovely, fresh, good-quality sheets, a nice new bathroom with a powerful shower, and a large smart TV. I asked for extra pillows because I have arthritis, and the landlord provided these without issue.

The photos are a bit misleading, or perhaps some apartments are nicer than others. Our apartment looked quite shabby by comparison to the photos. There was old wood-chip wallpaper everywhere; the kitchen and furniture were chipped, and the wooden floor was worn bare. The mattress was very soft, and the pillows smelled stale, like they hadn't ever been laundered, despite the lovely sheets. The kitchen was not well equipped, with very little choice of cutlery/crockery. The wardrobe had no doors, and all the furniture was very basic. But worst of all, the apartment had a bad smell on entry. We managed to lessen this slightly by leaving windows open and buying air fresheners, but it wasn't pleasant. Also, the shower drain was clogged, and we had to clear it ourselves to prevent overflowing. It just wasn't as good as we expected from the photos. It felt a little bit like a house university students might live in.
