The apartment was beautiful clean and in the best location .. the view from the bedroom and kitchen was exceptional

There's nothing i didn't like even being on the top floor with a baby and pram was worth the views

Great location, wonderful views. So close to all the shops and amenities. Large bedrooms with space to hang clothes etc

Stale cigarette smell (coming from neighbouring flat I think). Carpets were stained.

Location is town centre which is really good

Cloths and anti bac spray and kitchen roll in kitchen would have been helpful. I had to go and buy some. The carpets and sofa could do with a clean but understand it’s a let with multiple occupants.

As others have mentioned, location is top rate. Short walks to all you can need and perfect spot for families. The flat was clean and the toys, books and kitchen things for kids (kids plates/bowls/cutlery) we're great. Shower was good and bathroom spotless.

No entry code was communicated before we arrived, not ideal in the pouring rain. The communal stairs were covered in broken glass upon arrival, which gave a poor first impression, but not necessarily the fault of the owner. The biggest downside was the inescapable cigarette smoke smell throughout the communal stairs and most of the flat. It meant we didn't want to spend time inside sadly. We called the owner who was responsive and said they'd talk to a neighbour likely responsible, however the smell didn't go away and really detracted from our stay. The heavily stained rug in the living room and the cheap heavily-scratched pans were a reminder of uni days, but could be easily improved.
