The view, accessibility, restaurants and elegant services.
I liked it all.

The hotel is in a great location in midtown- easy walk from Penn Station and either airport. We stayed in a suite and had an amazing view of the Empire State Building! The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed having double closets. For NYC it was a large room and well laid out. Keanu at the front desk was especially helpful in arranging our upgrade and making sure we had a fabulous stay- thank you!

We had a lovely stay at Virgin Hotels New York. We really enjoyed the modern design, great atmosphere and especially our room with a beautiful view. Everything was comfortable and pleasant, and we would definitely stay here again.
The elevators were quite slow on our last day, but otherwise everything was great and we would happily stay here again.

Reasonable room.
Dreadful service and attention to room maintenance.
Advertised facilities were charged unlike other hotels of this standard.
