It was clean and comfortable . It had all the facilities you would want from a self contained accomodation . I can not think of anything that the owner had forgotten . Even milk in the fridge! Plenty of parking and just 10 minutes into the village .
It was slightly difficult to locate at first as the signage was on the the road as you entered the village but unfortunately we were coming out of the village in opposite direction . A quick phone call to the owner helped us locate the property.

Stand-alone property hence private. Modern, well-furnished and decorated and ‘welcoming items’ provided.
Beautiful area.

Cosy and clean comfortable accomodation. It had everything you could possibly need included. Appreciated the real coffee and cafetiere. The bed was super comfy. We slept so well.
Beautiful view of the sea from the driveway.
Good location for discovering Co Cork and the surrounding areas.
Homemade granola, fudge and flapjacks was a lovely touch. We took them home for family as gifts as we are vegan.
The road the property is on is a fast road with no pavement and it seemed quite dangerous when we tried to walk into town, which is only a short walk away.
There were no public footpaths/way to access the beach from the property even though it was very close. It was only a short 5 min drive, but would be a dangerous walk if no vehicle.
