Sotetsu Fresa Inn Yodoyabashi

Collegato benissimo con la metro. Staff molto accogliente, ci ha preso i bagagli anche prima del check-in e ci ha fornito gli ombrelli (…quel giorno pioveva). Colazione buona e varia.

La stanza era davvero piccola, da un lato il letto matrimoniale era accostato al muro. Comunque abbiamo dormito bene!

Loved the location and the friendliness of the staff. Bonus that there was a central smoking room for my husband. Having washer and dryers was a huge plus. Great value.

We were a little disappointed that our room looked out onto a wall of another building, but not a game changer. Wish they had larger garbage cans in the rooms. This may sound weird but if you stay you will understand. :)

Easy location from Yodabashi station. Bus stop at the door. Breakfast was great. combination of western and japanese cuisine. Staff was very helpful. Definitely great for solo travellers.

A really convenient option for Osaka - it’s right on top of Yodoyabashi station, so you can take the lift all the way down to the metro area. From Yodoyabashi you can easily travel to all of Osaka and Kyoto because it has the Keihan and Midosuji lines. And around the hotel are several good restaurants and konbinis. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and staff were friendly. I stayed in the same hotel chain in Tokyo and found the room layout there a little more comfortable but this was definitely fine for the week I was there.

The only downside, if anything, is the lack of wardrobe space, because there is no wardrobe. Just a few coat hangers but honestly, by planning your outfits and only taking out what you need it really is fine and you can leave the rest under the bed. I also built a little makeshift wardrobe for smaller things with the luggage rack and a towel.
