Hot Water ran out

Loved my time at the Berry Boutique. Clean room, hot water, easy self-checkin. It is a beautiful property. Did not use the kitchen much, but it is a beautiful place with an open terrace at the back. Would definitely revisit m

One of the bed-side lamps was faulty. #Room8

The location of Berry Boutique is super, and we were lucky with being able to getting a parking space at the property, the facilities are very good with the handy communal kitchen area and our room (strawberry) was spacious very clean and warm, however the bed / mattress was terrible! We did inform the owner. arrival/departure was easy.

Unfortunately the bed in our room (strawberry) was terrible! I’d seen lots of reviews mainly saying the beds were comfy, but did see one saying they weren’t! I can only assume the mattress was very old as it had indentations in it, and was flat with no sides! On messaging the owner regarding our disappointment with this, her response was as follows “Ok thanks for letting me know. Last time I stayed in that room I thought it was ok, but I will get a new one.” Well I hope she does! As I’m pretty sure a comfy bed is pretty key to good accommodation! So ok doesn’t really cut it! As isn’t Boutique at all!….
