Botanique Napoli - 4 Design Rooms

Excellent hotel, everything was great, good location from the station and to the center, clean, quiet, large clean building, friendly staff, they met us and explained everything, helped, good internet

Lovely room, comfortable bed, very clean, very good shower, good location. Very lively neighbourhood with tons of small business around

The only thing i can say is that Breakfast even if was complementary -thanks!-. The lack of drink options made it not very appetising for us.

Accoglienza ottima, ragazzo davvero gentile disponibile e soprattutto ci ha dato un sacco di informazioni utili!

Hotel signage was frustratingly difficult to find, especially since it was night and raining. In fact, the hotel name Hotiday was nowhere to be seen. Not really a hotel since there was no manned front desk. All communications are done through Whatsapp. It's more a bed and breakfast consisting of only 4 rooms. Towel rack wall mount was broken. Electrical outlets were difficult to get a solid connection. Breakfast was passable. No cold cuts were offered on the second day. Cappuccino seems to have been made with condensed milk....some what surprising given this is Naples..a coffee capital . Pre-packaged toast. No fruits or eggs offered.
