Location was great.
Nothing .

Just about everything except for parking and the stairs, which cannot be helped. The view out the window is fantastic. It is huge! We were able to cook a meal with ease and watch the world go by. The bonus of a washing machine/dryer saved a trip to the laundromat and we had a comfortable night's sleep. I would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay!
Only the stairs and parking, which as I said cannot be helped.

The location, the facilities in the apartment exceeded expectations, very modern and clean and all you could need for your stay within the kitchen. The exterior and stairway need attention, but that did not detract from the quality of the apartment once inside
The outside needs a coat of paint, it looks shabby and rundown. The entrance doors were both unlocked, so entry into the building was easy, with it without a key. The stairs and hallway need again a fresh coat of paint to brighten the area, the stairway carpet could do with a clean. The apartment was on the 3rd floor, so if you struggle with stairs, this would be an issue.

The location was excellent and it was spacious. The view out onto the sea was great.
The towels were stained and small. The bedding didn't smell freshly washed and the furniture, specifically the table and chairs was paint chipped and looked a little tired.
