Hotel Krupnicza 30

Just 3 minutes walk to the center of Krakow, perfect!

Noisy neighboor who hit wall and doors at 1 A.M.

Very nice

My only complaint was free taxi to hotel had left stating he had another client. Our flight was on time and I sent flight details 3 times( you said flight would be tracked). Taxi man did not answer phone. It cost us €35 but driver was looking for €50. Disappointed

great location. clean and quit. courteous and attentive staff.

The room looked beautiful, but the sloping ceiling was so low that I constantly had to duck to avoid hitting my head. The shower pressure was also extremely weak, making showering uncomfortable. When I reported the problem to reception, I was met with hostility and an unfriendly attitude. With the exception of the kind lady working on the evening of 4 October, every receptionist I dealt with was unfriendly. There was no greeting or welcome on arrival, no goodbye on departure, and even my phone call was answered with an audible sigh. Basic courtesy should not be too much to expect from a hotel. Beautiful interiors cannot compensate for poor comfort and dismissive service.
