Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is great and will definitely stay here again. The only minor issues we had was the kitchen disposal was not working and we were not aware so we had a bit of a leak. The showers were either scorching hot or freezing cold. Lack of cleaning supplies. Would be great if they were supplied and labeled.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Amazing views. Spacious. The property at Cosmo is beautiful and we enjoyed the pools and spent lots of time at Arrocito Beach. Huatulco Vacations was wonderful with prompt responses. We would use them again. We’ve stayed at Cosmo a few times now but would still use My Huatulco Vacations again when we come back and probably stay at a new property.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great spacious propery. Awesome views of the sunrise over the ocean. We had 6 women in the 3 bedrooms for 12 days and we really comfortable. The pools were awesome. We found the lack of kitchen and bathroom linens a problem. (one fresh bathroom towel a week) No umbrella for the deck made it impossible to be on the deck mid-morning to mid afternoon. Did appreciate the Netflix as mostly spanish language shows. other than one restaurant within walking, taxis were required every day

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed for 7 nights with 2 other couples and it was perfect. The condo was exactly as the photos show. The condo is very spacious and was clean and in good condition. The Cosmo Residences have beautiful pools and access to a small but lovely beach. We had great communication with the property manger and concierge at MHV.
