We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautifully maintained historical estate. We loved the eclectic mix of decor and the general vibe of the house. .Even though it was early December, we still were fortunate enough to have relatively mild weather and enjoyed the boardwalk and the proximity to Asbury Park. Between the quaint little town of Ocean Grove and the more bustling area of Asbury Park we found plenty of shops and restaurants to enjoy.

This home is well modernized yet maintains its historic charm. Excellent location -- a short walk to the beach, Asbury Park attractions, and 'downtown' Ocean Grove (which has a very different character from Asbury). Perfect spot to take advantage of all the area has to offer. The property manager was very responsive and helpful.

Perfect place to stay for our group of 7 friends !! We all met in NJ many, many years ago and this house was the perfect, clean, comfortable and well equipped location to “catch up”… quiet location, easy walk to town and Asbury Park… would definitely recommend and return.

This house is perfect for a family beach vacation. Great indoor and outdoor space; we spent a lot of time on the porch and the back patio. Having an outdoor shower, beach lockers, and a driveway were all added benefits!

This house has ocean views from the master bedroom, as well as from a couple of other rooms. It is only 2 blocks from the beach. Literally steps away from Days Ice cream (best ice cream!) and to Main Ave where all the shops are in Ocean Grove. Seagrass restaurant is also fabulous. It's a short walk to all of the restaurants and boardwalk in Asbury Park. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated beautifully and the house was was very clean and comfortable.
Can't say enough good things about Dominick. He was the best host we have ever had. I agree with a previous post which said that he was super attentive without being intrusive.

Couldn't have been a better house for our extended family reunion. Beautiful Victorian, whose wide porches, back garden seating area, spacious living and dining rooms and kitchen, and 6 bedrooms, accommodated us so well. Super location on the square with a view of the ocean, and short walks to the charming main street of Ocean Grove and to the Asbury Park boardwalk. So perfect! Thanks.

Lots of room. Tall ceilings. Nice backyard garden eating /resting area. Dominick is very attentive and helpful without being intrusive.

A perfect spot for a family gathering and short vacation. Yes we lucked out with 80 degree weather in April, and the house was still delightful on its own. The foosball table in the basement was a hit, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for us to spread out. We cooked a good deal in the kitchen was great! We used the wrap around porch a good deal as well as the back patio. I loved being right by the church and the open space leading to the beach. Dom was very responsive anytime we had a question or anything that needed a bit of attention. Highly recommend this place — we would definitely stay here again!

We went for a long weekend to celebrate our 50th Birthdays. the location was perfect. right near the beach. the house was awesome. just as described. the property manager, Domenick was in touch and available for all questions we had. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking.

I just wanted to take the time and say thank you! The house was incredible as far as location and having a family type atmosphere together. We all enjoyed ourselves and will look to come down again or buy a house in the area.

The weather was gorgeous and the porch inviting. The home is old, with some old-building problems and NOT handicap accessible but big enough for a group of friends or families. There was an incident with a broken door handle and lock leaving one of our party trapped for a half hour or more and the door was not fixed while we were there. We rigged the door so that the bathroom was useable for our stay. And the web-site should be updated to warn guests that there is no access to beach chairs/umbrellas after a certain date. We had paid a large price for a "beach vacation" and were quite disappointed. Those items should be moved to the garage so they could at least be transported to the beach.

R&R at the beach with my sister and friends was delightful at this property. There was plenty of room to gather together for long talks and a large table for meals. Having enough beds and bathrooms was key to feeling relaxed and accommodated. Thank you.

If you haven't been to Ocean Grove yet, you have to go... especially if you are an architecture lover. This home was amazing inside and out. The location couldn't have been better. Beds were very comfortable and amenities were great! We had a wonderful time.

Since my parents moved away from the shore, we were a bit anxious about coming back to visit--we knew it wouldn't feel the same staying in a hotel. This home was exactly what we needed! My sister and her girls, my parents, and then my husband and my kiddos were all coming from different directions. It was so nice to land on such a nicely appointed, well-stocked home. Ocean Grove and Asbury Park are my old stomping grounds, but it has so much new life! Supremely walkable, beautiful home, the weekend was just as we needed it to be. It makes all the difference in the world to stay somewhere with welcoming owners (and extra points of course for a wonderful concierge!)

The neighborhood was perfect. Easy walk to both Ocean Grove Main St and Asbury Park shopping and restaurants. Also one block from the ocean. The house itself has lots of space and is a really interesting historic gem. Beds were comfortable with lots of pillow options. Art and old pictures on the walls were fun to look at. The property manager left us a lovely welcome gift, too. 10/10! (Not great if you have trouble with stairs!)

The house is fabulous !!! We loved the "mixed" decor. Walking distance to "everything" ~ Many thanks to our host/property manager for the birthday card, champagne and chocolate covered strawberries!!!! That was a very nice surprise!!!! It made my weekend even more special!!!!

Great house a block from the beach in Ocean Grove. The location was great and we never had to get in the car all weekend. We could walk to everything. The house is well equipped and has some great features. We loved the front porch and the place was clean and comfy.

We were able to walk to the beach, to town, and to the ice cream parlor at night. It was easy to walk to Asbury Park for a livelier vibe, though we loved the charm of Ocean Grove. We all loved the porch and it’s cool breezes. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out and be comfortable.

This is a beautiful Victorian home! We all felt like we went back in time. The location is outstanding. The entire town is peaceful with Asbury Park a short walk away.
The porch is EVERYTHING! We sat out every night, played music (sonos speakers everywhere) sipped wine, played games. I highly recommend this gem!
