Upon arrival we found that parking was a breeze. Finding the apartment was equally as easy. Accessing the rental with just a key pad code was extremely convenient!
The Omelette shop below was the perfect place to start our day! All the staff was so friendly and accommodating! Loved this town and even has me thinking of relocating.
Overall, we loved this stay and would recommended this location.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment for the weekend. The location was prime, right downtown, and included a parking permit. The apartment was decorated very well, felt cozy and it was very clean. The owner was very prompt when needed. We would definitely stay here again if available the next time we are visiting the TC area.

Location, location, location! Great little apartment in the heart of Traverse City. Within walking distance to much of downtown Traverse City & lakefront park and located above an awesome little omelette shop. Also great hub to see the Leeland peninsula, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Petoskey, and more. Apartment was updated, very clean and well equipped. Great get away!

This was the best rental we’ve stayed at. The listing accuracy, cleanliness, and amenities were outstanding…and the location speaks for itself. This place is a 10/10 from a very tough critic. We cannot wait to come back💜

The Top of the Shoppe was a great place to stay in Traverse City. Location was an easy walk to restaurants, pubs and shopping.
The place was roomy, comfortable and a great value. I will definitely book again when back in town.

My husband and I with our daughter had the best time in downtown Traverse City! We couldn’t have asked for a better location. Walking distance to everything downtown. And the best… breakfast at The Omelette Shoppe at your doorstep! Loved having two bedrooms. Furnishings and decor were lovely. We felt right at home. Only complaint was the early morning noise…. Deliveries to the restaurant, garbage pick up, and music playing from the restaurant kitchen. A little price to pay for an amazing apartment!

The unit was clean, comfortable, bright and well-equipped. The location is great if you plan on TC shopping and dining and close to the beach. Parking was a helpful plus.
The only small challenge was that the place might have been a little too modern for us. We needed a little more information to understand how to work the entry keypad (which really wasn’t a keypad) and we struggled with the non-intuitive controls for the TV remote, temperature and appliances. Otherwise everything was great.

Great downtown spot for Cherry festival. Parking very convenient. Very responsive to messages as well. Coffee bar and welcome snacks also appreciated. Would stay again !

Perfect location. We could walk to everywhere we wanted in TC. It was super clean and very nice looking. Large tvs in all rooms and the place had a nice smell to it. Only thing that is a challenge if light sleeper the omelette house gets going early and we are not early risers but honestly it was absolutely perfect for our family!!

Amazing, wonderful location in the heart of downtown, easily walk-able for shopping, bars, and restaurants. Also very convenient reserved parking, making it easy to travel throughout the rest of the region for other activities. Property was very clean and well-stocked with the basic essentials for us. Would definitely recommend.

This was a very nice 2 bed/1 bath unit in downtown Traverse City. The owner had everything you may need to make your stay carefree. It was great to be downtown and walk to stores, restaurants, and all the sites the downtown area has to offer. Another plus is that the best breakfast site in the area is right outside your door!

Extremely well appointed… didn’t miss a thing. Beautiful apartment and pictures represented everything. The stairs were a bit much for 2 old ladies with back problems, but we felt very successful going up and down and great exercise.

It is most likely THE BEST rental I've ever stayed. So clean and comfortable. It was like we were the hosts best friend and so cared for! Everything plus more was waiting for us. The kitchen had everything you could ask for. The furnishings and design were beyond beautiful. Walking distance to everything and we couldn't have asked for a nicer accommodation:) Thank you.
