We had our family Christmas on the lake! The house had everything we needed and more. It is in a monitored and gated community which we appreciated. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed for meals and fun! Plenty of room and a view that can't be beat. We will definitely stay here again :-)

We enjoyed our stay in this modern townhome. Lindsay was a very helpful host. The children's room is amazing, my twin boys were in heaven with the arcade games! The only issue was you cannot bring a trailer of any kind past the entrance of the neighborhood. Bringing a boat or jet skis, make sure to rent a place beforehand. We arrived after driving 5 hours (12 in the morning) at the gate and they could not find our name to enter the neighborhood and told us we had to find a place for our jet skis. After 45 minutes of waiting for a supervisor, they finally let us leave the jet skis up front until the morning, found our name and let us in. There is no dock to fish off of, pictures are a bit deceiving. But the town home is so clean and perfectly decorated. We would stay again.

We booked this property for A Week Long Family Wedding in the Area.It was perfect for entertaining. Relaxing Deck with Lake views. The kitchen had a good supply of most essentials. The bedroom could use some bedside lamps.The fridge did not dispense Ice. The Dishwasher did not fully dissolve the pods. There was one roll of kitchen towel. Good supply of trash bags and toilet tissue. It was central to most shops and restaurants. Our host was available to answer questions. The Bunkbed Bedroom had A/C problem it got stuffy and warm. We enjoyed the location more than anything. The locks were good we felt safe and protected in very quiet Cul De Sac. I would rent again and recommend. Lindsay our host was very polite and helpful and friendly.Thank you Lindsay.

Our group of 9 was in town for a wedding and this was the perfect place for us to stay close to all of the weekend’s activities and have a place to unwind, relax and recharge in between.

Location of house was great. House was very clean. 3 full bathrooms was very a plus, everyone was able t shower quickly after a long day on the lake. Would come again!

We brought our family (3 kids 9,6,1) plus another couple. We had plenty of space, the beds and bedding were all super comfy. Bathrooms were well appointed and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals, we also grilled a couple times, and ate on the upstairs deck most of the time. We brought our boat and kept it in the slip. That was convenient for multiple outings over the weekend. The kids fished off the dock when we were home, and enjoyed the outdoor and indoor games. We also used the pool at the country club and enjoyed that too! Overall a great spot and would come back again! The owners had excellent communication and have thought of everything you could need inside and out. Thank you for everything!

The main living areas and patio are unbeatable. We had several families staying at properties around April Sound and this house was by far our favorite of all of them. The house has everything you need (except k cups ☹️) and no clutter or tacky decor. The kitchen and all 3 bathrooms are modern, clean and bright. There are 2 covered parking spaces and a lovely lawn area by the lake. Fabulous. Don’t hesitate to book this home.

This home was so relaxing for us. The owners really put a lot of thought into the needs of their clients. The teens had a space of their own while adults hung out in the spacious living room and outdoor patio area. Our 25ft. power boat was easily docked at their covered lift area. The lake view from the upper and lower porches was incredible. I highly recommend renting this home.
