Good hotel with big sized suite. It would be better if both bed rooms had TVs rather than 1 in the living area and only 1 of the 2 bedrooms having TVs.
It would be better if the hotel is more transparent about the size of the car park (car has to be under 55 inches height) and also that there is a daily cost. Do not just write "parking is available..."
For a downtown area hotel of a major city, the street of the hotel is safe and residential. Two streets over where all the buses and metros is a covered with homeless people who harass tourists and regulars alike for money and good. It is not as bad as NYC's Port Authority but it is annoying.

Good size studio suite with fridge, dishwasher, microwave and stove with daily housekeeping service. Location is very convenient and is only a 5 minutes walk to Atwater metro station. Walking distance to St. Catherine Street and Crescent Street. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant or bar but there are several good options available within walking distance. It would be nice if they had a safety deposit locker in the room.

No question that staff members were friendly & helpful, that that suite was well-furnished & clean; also, that the hotel's location is advantageous for a visitor relying for daily mobility by public transport & by walking. The hotel's nearness to the Alexis Nihon mall and a Metro station (Atwater) was quite convenient.
A couple of functional peculiarities: suite door-closing mechanisms -- unless eased closed by hand for the last few centimeters resulted in a noticeable bang; and in the bathroom (in the suite which I occupied) the two recessed ceiling lights, although providing strong illumination, seemed to be positioned too far to the rear of one using the sink & mirror (e.g., when shaving, my face was largely in shadow unless I stood 12-15 inches from the sink).

Great place and I would stay again. Two bedroom suite was very comfortable for a family and kitchen was amazing and very well equipped to actually use. It wasn’t clear (until I arrived) that parking was $28/day. The windows rattled in our room when other doors in the building closed. Not a deal breaker but I recommend ear plugs for light sleepers.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was comfortable, the staff was very helpful. They were very informative.
I will critic a little bit on the thorough cleaning. I think the bathroom should be more cleaner. For instance, scrubbing the shower heads and the walls. It's something minor, but it is noticable.
Overall, great experience there. Welcoming and I will return back to this hotel!

Everyone was very nice and helpful. The suite was very spacious and clean. One thing to note is the location is residential so you need to walk a bit to get to stores and restaurants, but not too far.

We enjoyed our stay. Great location. The room was well appointed with a full kitchen and eating area. Great place for mid to long term stays.

The property has a good location, near to the Mail tourists spots, and has a pretty good breakfast.
The shower corners were dirty, the living room armchairs were with spots and dirty, and sorround the hotel property has a lot or dog poop and dirty

The accommodations were great and the staff was exceptional. The location was accessible to all the sights and events I wanted to experience in Montréal. I highly recommended this hotel and will be returning.

Hotel was fine with nice room with good beds and adequate sofa bed to accommodate all 5 of us. Staff were very helpful when our vehicle didn’t fit in car park, be aware of this as may delay you. However fine option just 1 block over in covered car park for $20 for 24 hrs. Saw some reviews of cars being stolen here however we didn’t experience any issues. Surrounding area is not the nicest part of Montreal. Hotel balcony very unsafe too in thick of winter ice on balcony and low hanging icicles made us not want to even consider opening the door especially at quite a height so bear in mind.

Enjoyed our stay. Nice and comfortable bed. Amenities were as described. We had few bumps during our check-in. We were misguided to the wrong room.

Warm welcome and staff throughout were so friendly, helpful and accomodating.
The room was a great size for us (3 adults and 3 kids) with comfortable, clean rooms and facilities. Amazing views despite the frozen windows!
The location is incredible and we managed to find parking off road as our car was too big for the hotel's parking.
Breakfast each morning was great and perfect for adults as well as well as kids. Staff were especially efficient and kept the space clean.
We would definitely come back here a d recommend to anyone.

Great value for the price. I had booked a two bedroom suite and it had a full kitchenette (including dishwasher and full sized fridge). Two walking blocks to the Atwater metro station and an IGA supermarket. Super convenient. Highly recommend. Great breakfast buffet included each morning.

But shopping is just 2 blocks away.
