We liked the location, view and proximity to the promenade and beach. It was a comfortable room, nice bathroom, shower was large and great hot water. Bed was comfortable and the fireplace in the room was a nice touch.
We had requested an upstairs room when booking, however, the request was not received by the hotel. Our downstairs room was nice, but we could hear the noise from guests above us and it made sleeping difficult.

Location, views, space in room, fridge microwave, dishes toaster. Clean , supplied with lots of towels. Great balcony
Bathroom space was a little cramped.

Comfortable furniture and bed; beautiful view
I never received a call or text back after I asked how to use the TV in our room. There were instructions by the TV with specific room numbers but ours wasn’t one of them. The frustrating part was I had just received a welcome text 10 minutes earlier saying to let them know if I needed anything but I got no response when I asked 2 separate times about the TV.

Beautiful location
Room 107 has no view, is layer out oddly, and situated by the small parking lot and dumpster. Dumpster service and back up alarms and prolonged slam and banging at 6 am. Upstairs neighbors are loud (not intentionally). And sadly no ocean sound for white noise

"Great room on the first floor facing the beach. Loved the patio/balcony and the room was beautiful."
