Location was fantastic. We were able to walk to everything.
Deadlocked door between the stairwell and the apartments was always deadlocked and thus a fire hazard.

Great location, quick and friendly communications, alot of available amenities (dishwasher, laundrymachine) wide beds.
.
State of the appartment is a bit less impressive, broken curtain, and some pretty worn down furnitures. Cleanliness of the appartment has been overlooked. Cut my foot from stepping on shards of glass left on the floor in the bathroom and fridge had a strong foul odor.
Not the most sound proof spot from nightly drunkards walking down the street
