Escalier raide

Amazing location, love the decor, love the view and space. Host is very helpful and friendly

Pillows are thin and mattress too firm (these are just my personal preference, some people may prefer this) The duvet covers smells good and clean but the bedsheet smells funky. So I just slept on top of the duvet.

Everything was to a high standard. Great views of the harbour.

Difficulty with key access. Tricky staircase.

We arrived around 10 am and, given that we had a ferry at 5 am (meaning we had to leave 6 hours before the check-out time), we asked if it would be possible to simply leave our luggage before check-in so we could explore the town more comfortably. We were told this was not possible, which we understand, although it’s worth noting that luggage storage options in the town were all closed. Since we were told that check-in was not available until 4 pm, we assumed this was because someone would be present at the property at that time. When we returned at 3:55 pm, there was no one at the property and we had to repeatedly reach out to receive the check-in instructions, despite the earlier emphasis on punctuality. After carrying our luggage around all day and arriving tired, we found that access was not straightforward: we had to go and pick up the key at another location about 5 blocks away, which was quite inconvenient. On a positive note, the decoration of the place is very nice and the area is well located. Overall, the experience could be improved in terms of organization, communication, and guest comfort. Considering that we were traveling during low season and many things were closed, we believe there could have been more flexibility.
