Check in very bad received text whilst driving to pick up keys from local store. Very hard to park had to pay $60 as were already parked before receiving parking information . Need to tell guest’s about check in process before arrival this was an Airbnb booking via booking.com.

All the little extras in the room were great. It felt like a home not a holiday unit. Awesome technology throughout the unit.

Location was great. Staff were friendly and very helpful though the check in was a little confusing as it was all done through email. The apartment was excellent, very clean and the kitchen had everything you need. Would recommend

Beds were so uncomfortable....they were terrible! Normal TV would have been good and a bigger couch ...suitable for more people.

The unit was new, clean, complete and offers modern appliances. The room was secured and offers parking 1x.

Though the tower offers 2x pool, we find it, too small for a big building.

Views are amazing and the location close to the botanical gardens.

Many things ruined our stay. Main bathroom shower drain is blocked and flooded the entire bathroom floor. No bath mats for either bathrooms. No hand towels or face washers for either bathrooms. No top sheets on the beds, just doonas. No extra blankets. Coffee pod machine only had one coffee pod for a booking of 6 adults. No tongs. 3 bedroom apartment that sleeps 6 adults, but only seating for 4 people in the small living area. No dining table. Contacted the owner about some of these issues, and asked for a partial refund. We were instead offered a discount next time we stayed. Not happy. Will not stay here again because I know most of these issues won't be addressed, and the unwillingness of the owner to take responsibility for the poor conditions in which we stayed. This was $500 for one night, so we certainly expected better.
