Location was amazing! Mountains, forests and rivers, thought we were in Canada at times. The apartment was lovely, with absolutely everything you need. The bike path runs right past the apartment, so we had perfect access into Peebles one way and Innerleithen the other way.
The decor of the apartment was lovely, similar to our own. Plenty of cutely and all the pots and pans you need to make family meals.
My kids loved chilling in the evening on the comfy sofa watching movies at night.
The pillows in the double bed were very soft and we struggled to sleep properly, 2 firm pillows as well as soft ones would have been great. Apart from that, everything was very nice.

Location, cozy, beds were comfortable, owner very friendly and accommodating.
Both doors were hard to unlock and needed some graphite or something to make it easier to turn. Didn't understand the cleaning fee deposit that was asked for after booking on the booking site. Luckily he didn't make us worry about it because we were from out of country.
