A fabulous apartment, perfect for a couple. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Great balcony with sun beds. Excellent communication with property management. Location was good, a few minutes walk to all bars and restaurants around marina. 15 min walk to beach or into town. Supermarket is also a few minutes walk as well.

Only two minor things that were a disappointment, couldn’t use dining table on balcony as the weather had ruined it the material underneath the glass top had gone and was hanging down in pieces. The second issue was the pillows, not great, just loosely filled material that offered zero support. Had to use a cushion underneath pillow.

The apartment was in an ideal position, close to the marina, 2 minutes from Pingo Doce the supermarket and a 10 minute walk to a wonderful beach. The underground parking space was safe and secure. The apartment was spacious, well equipped, the bed was large and comfortable, the terrace was huge and had sun for most of the day until it set in the evening. We arrived earlier on a Sunday than anticipated and asked if we could check in earlier. This was arranged and our greeter was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and toiletries provided.

Our only minus points were the pillows, very poor quality and the television sound was awful to the point we could hardly bear listening to it. However, we didn't come on holiday to watch television.

Convenient location. Size of the living space. The deck was really nice. Large. Deck table needs replacement or repairs. Table cover is torn.

The property needs a deep clean. The bathroom tiles on floor were really dirty around the bath. The cookware was filthy. We had to scrub dried up food off the pots and pans we used. Not enough tabs for dishwasher. Only 2 towels which were changed once on Day 7 of 12 day stay. I stepped on a large cockroach as I got out of bed on the last day. I left it for cleaners to see. The pillows on the bed are dead. Need replacing.
