The Chinese staff was incredibly kind, warm, and hospitable. She went above and beyond to help us, even assisting us with our luggage. We truly appreciate her kindness and excellent service. Her thoughtfulness made our experience so much easier and more pleasant. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality! ❤️
No elevator but thanks to the staff very helpful.

It was very convenient
Everything was perfect BUT for the weather.

It was central (about 5min walk from nearest metro line), quiet (we could hear nothing for outside) and clean. It’s basic but perfect to rest your head. Also hats off to the staff, who were lovely: not only helping us up the stairs with luggage but also were happy to let us keep our bags there after check out so we could pick up later.
Only that there was no lift, but this wasn’t a dealbreaker for us! Just something to be mindful of if you have mobility issues :) The staff helped us with luggage up the stairs and we’re generally easy to get up/down :)
