Keys in a lockbox, which is pretty standard nowadays, but it's always worth highlighting as a plus. Very friendly and quick communication. Excellent location - definitely the biggest advantage of this apartment. A fun fact for the little ones: there's a friendly pig living nearby that you might spot on the nearby lawn and even play with! :)
Minor issues with the cleanliness of the apartment, but we resolved them quickly. The main problem, however, was the acoustics - this isn’t a complaint against the owners, as there’s little they could do about it. Unfortunately, the modern building, designed by a renowned architectural studio, suffers from noise coming from neighbors. You can hear footsteps, voices, and one evening we had an unplanned party happening next door that sounded like it was taking place in the same room.
