非常棒的体验，低调但舒适

我们遇到了难得的停电停水，但房东积极的服务与协助，让我们体验到民风的淳朴与温暖，非常感谢Paul与夫人热切的服务。

I liked the privacy: the entire property is enclosed by walls and gates. The garden is exotic and very well maintained. The beach in front of the property is restricted to Bamboo Villa guests only... Access to the villa is very easy from the Bohol "highway".

I liked that the owner offered airport pick-up and drop-off and help/advice with initial shopping upon arrival. The owner also arranged for me to get a motorbike from the rental office at my request - I didn't have to waste time and effort renting it and returning it..

Alles perfect. Ook een lekkere bbq gemaakt en daarmee hielpen ze met marinade etc en bakken.

2 beautiful villas giving directly to the ocean Nice swimming pool (shared) Sparkling clean Owners living in the same garden - very available if we needed anything We bought a fish close to the road the first evening, prepared it on the bbq and it was great

Huge set of the rules - do, don't, posters everywhere. Together with the owners constant presence (they live here too) we felt somehow under control, not serene. I believe it is fine to set the rules but it is not necessary to have as the only decoration on the walls do's and don't You need to sign that the owner has right to go inside after you went out that you turned off air con and lights (means each time not at the check out only) There were the chains and locks everywhere in the kitchen. The landlady told us that we have right to this and that, not the rest One of the 3 rooms was locked - but we book 3 room villa... the lady didn't want to make it It is literally in the middle of nowhere. Nice calm place but it is difficult to get tricycle, there is only one restaurant within walking distance There is no washing machine although it is mentioned in the listing - you can ask the lady to make a machine for you for 290php. We didn't use the activities booking as it was extremely overpriced If you want to go out, you need to ask the owners to let you in and out. No option for going on your own. My husband wanted to go out early morning for walk, fortunately it was low tide and he could walk on the beach. When he returned, water was higher and he had to go via the gate. The landlord refused to let him in because he doesn't recognise him...well...
