The location. The staff were amazing especially Ms. Marianna. She is head and shoulders above all ppl I saw in the hospitality industry. Rooms are extra clean and very well equipped.

We enjoyed our Stay and the manager looked after us with daily breakfast and was always kind and considerate.

It was a good Hotel and meets our expectation, the rooms were large and very comfortable and well serviced. Everything was good, great staff and the food (breakfast) was always fresh.

Very comfortable hotel. We were given an upgrade without requesting it. Great breakfast.

Not the hotel’s fault but it took 55 minutes to get a taxi so take note and try ands book the night before.

The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The location is also convenient for exploring Athens.

Unfortunately, the hotel fell well short of what I would expect from a five star property. The room felt considerably smaller than the advertised 26 m² and was clearly in need of refurbishment. Soundproofing was particularly poor: conversations from the neighbouring room could be heard almost as if the person were in our own room, and on Saturday night the street noise was extremely noticeable. I was also surprised that a five star hotel had no minibar, only an empty small fridge that guests could fill themselves. Overall, while the staff were lovely, the room and facilities simply did not reflect a five star standard.
