The cottage was lovely. Spacious, clean & comfortable & the hosts were very friendly. There was a great choice of food for our continental breakfast, including juice & fresh coffee.
There as nothing we didn’t like.

The owners were so so lovely. They got us gluten free breakfast food and turned on the heat pump for our arrival. I really loved that there was heating throughout (it was -1 degrees so we needed it). Didn’t get to check out the Hobbit house but it’s good value considering it’s three rooms. Wifi worked great. Very comfy stay.
Linen, beds and dry pan could use an upgrade, but that is super minor.

Lovely location and lovely hosts.
However not quite as advertised. Wasn't able to get into the third bedroom (hobbit house), no ps3 to speak of or dad's etc. Streaming services were guest logins (you log into your accounts) so not provided. With tweaks to the advertisement it is a great place to stay.

Such a lovely, clean, and modern home with so much charm—the cute outside room was an added bonus! My children absolutely loved the place; they said it felt so cozy and homely from the moment we arrived.
Julie was a wonderful host who was very welcoming, yet she gave our whānau total privacy during our stay. We had a great time and would highly recommend this spot!
Nothing, everything was great!
