This cottage was the perfect little spot on our way to a wedding, it was so easy to check in and the perfect space. We loved the authenticity of the cottage with its retro furniture and details- it was incredible, also a beautiful rose garden right outside the kitchen windows was so beautiful. The electric blankets and heaters were amazing for a chilly weekend and the cottage was so thoughtfully stocked with milk, crumpets, tea, coffee you name it. Alongside this there was the most thoughtful gift of a homemade boysenberry jam (my favourite) and some chocolates. We would stay here again in a heartbeat- can’t fault it! Thanks for having us!

The location was perfect for us as we have family in Aldgate. The cottage is beautifully decorated and was very comfortable. many excellent eating place nearby.
For me a shower over the bath is very difficult but it was in keeping with the vibe of the cottage. The TV was a challenge but our 12 year old grandson sorted that out in no time!!
