The location was fantastic just a short walk to the main streets in Cascais.
The kitchen was well appointed and clean.
The bathrooms were lovely and were clean.
The decor was stylish and comfortable.
The pillows were feather which is both unsupportive and bad for those with allergies. The spare pillows were the same with no pillow covers for them.
The towels were old and worn and clearly needed a good hot wash and deep clean.
The air conditioning units made loud noises and regular intervals whenever they were in use. Not conducive to sleeping.
When we mentioned the issues to the owner he was unable to resolve the issues.
