We had a lovely stay with 2 children aged 8&6.
Great location, short walk to the lake.
The house was spacious and had everything we needed. Kitchen was well equipped.
Towels and bedding provided.
3 bathrooms.
Some board games and books provided.
We even managed to park right outside the property for most of our stay.

Location was perfect, closed to the shops & bars.
Perfect cleanliness inside.
Wide range of kitchenware.
Finding parking place on the street was difficult, found it on the cross road only.
Entrance -garden with overgrown plants.
Terrace cleanliness is improvable.

Location was incredible for Windermere. We loved being able to walk down to the lake and to the restaurants and pubs whilst still having an easy drive to Ambleside and Windermere town. House was incredibly clean and spacious and perfect for our week away - we'll be coming back I'm sure.
Think the tech in the house could do with an upgrade. The heating was inconsistent throughout the house despite it saying it was on and all radiators were the same and the tv in the main sitting area is outdated - needs a smart tv so you can access everything like disney plus. Also not enough loo roll was provided which meant we had to go and buy our own - not the best!

Location was excellent
House was very tatty - rusty radiators and shower bin. windows filthy and paint flaking off. Back Door - paint flaking off outside - locks useless. Lounge light - didn't work.
